Ham And Cauliflower Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 head cauliflower, cooked
    2 c. cooked ham, cubed
    1 (3 oz.) can sliced mushrooms, drained
    4 Tbsp. oleo
    1/3 c. flour
    1 c. milk
    1/2 c. sour cream
    1 c. cubed sharp cheese
    1 c. soft bread crumbs
Preparation
    Combine cauliflower, ham and mushrooms.
    Melt oleo; stir in flour.
    Add milk and cook until thickened.
    Add cheese and sour cream.
    Mix with previous mixture and place in a casserole dish. Sprinkle with bread crumbs and add an additional tablespoon of melted oleo on top.
    Bake, uncovered, for 40 minutes at 350\u00b0.
