Polenta And Sausages - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 c. water
    2 2/3 c. fine cornmeal
    3 Tbsp. butter
    salt
    1 1/2 lb. Italian sausage
    1 Tbsp. red wine vinegar
Preparation
    Bring water to boil in a large saucepan with a generous pinch of salt.
    Sprinkle in cornmeal, stirring constantly, with a wooden spoon.
    Cook for 40 minutes, stirring frequently.
