Chicken Loaf - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 lb. chicken
    4 eggs, uncooked
    1 (8 oz.) can mushrooms
    1 can pimentos
    1 c. cooked rice
    juice of 1 lemon
    2 c. bread crumbs
    2 c. broth
Preparation
    Cook chicken in plenty of liquid.
    Remove from bones and mix all ingredients.
    Mix eggs with rice to prevent sticking together. Chicken should be torn in pieces. Bake in shallow pan in a 300\u00b0 oven for 1 hour.
    Serve in squares with gravy made from remaining broth.
