Pumpkin Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 can pumpkin or sweet potatoes
2 c. sugar
1 1/4 c. Wesson oil
1 tsp. soda
1 tsp. salt
4 eggs
3 c. flour
1 pkg. mincemeat
1 c. pecans, chopped

Preparation

Bake in 3 (1 pound) coffee cans.
