Salmon Burgers - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (15 1/2 oz.) can salmon
    3/4 c. quick oatmeal, uncooked
    1/2 c. finely chopped onions
    1 egg, beaten
    2 Tbsp. lemon juice
    1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
    2 Tbsp. oil
Preparation
    Drain salmon; remove bones.
    Combine all ingredients; shape into patties.
    Brown in a frying pan on both sides in hot oil until brown.
    Can be served in bun with lettuce and tomato.
