Meatball Subs - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 slightly beaten eggs
    3 Tbsp. milk
    1/2 c. very fine dry bread crumbs
    3/4 tsp. salt
    1/8 tsp. pepper
    1 lb. ground beef
    8 submarine rolls
    1 lb. pork sausage
    1/2 c. chopped onion
    1/2 c. green pepper
    1 (16 oz.) can tomato sauce
    1 (8 oz.) can tomato paste
    1 c. water
    2 tsp. sugar
    1 tsp. garlic salt
    1/2 tsp. oregano
Preparation
    Mix together the eggs, milk, bread crumbs, salt, pepper and the ground beef.
    Form the ingredients into balls and cook on medium heat until done.
