Apple Walnut Bread Pudding - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 slices firm white bread
    2 tsp. melted margarine
    2 medium apples, chopped
    1/4 c. chopped walnuts
    2 c. low-fat milk
    1/2 c. cholesterol free egg product
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1 tsp. cinnamon
    1 (4 serving size) pkg. vanilla cook-and-serve sugar-free pudding
Preparation
    Heat oven to 350\u00b0.
    Brush with margarine and cut into cubes. Place on cookie sheet and bake 10 minutes or until toasted.
    Place in 8-inch square pan.
    Add apples and walnuts.
    Toss to mix.
    Beat milk, egg product and vanilla in medium bowl with a whisk until well blended.
    Add pudding mix and 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon.
    Bake 30 minutes or until mixture comes to boil.
    Let stand 10 minutes before serving.
