Lasagna - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 large can tomato puree
2 cans tomato paste
2 c. water
1 tsp. oregano
1 tsp. sugar
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. ground pepper
2 Tbsp. olive oil
1 c. minced onion
1 1/2 lb. hamburger
1 tsp. salt
1 lb. lasagna noodles, cooked as directed on pkg., drained and rinsed
1 lb. Mozzarella, sliced thin
4 oz. grated Romano cheese
1 lb. Ricotta cheese
Preparation

Mix in a large pot the first 7 ingredients; simmer mixture while you saute the onion in olive oil in skillet.
When onion is golden, add hamburger and salt.
Cook until meat has lost its red color and add to the mixture in the pot.
Simmer for about 2 hours or until sauce is thick.
