Chess Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 stick margarine
1 1/2 c. sugar
3 or 4 eggs, well beaten
1 to 2 tsp. vanilla
1 Tbsp. vinegar
pinch of salt
1 unbaked pie shell
Preparation
-
Cream butter with sugar; add eggs, salt, vinegar and vanilla. Pour into pie shell.
Bake at 300\u00b0 for 10 minutes.
Raise temperature to 350\u00b0 and bake for 45 minutes.
Yields 6 servings.
