Angels' Delight - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    11 marshmallows
    1 c. hot water
    1 pkg. lime jello
    2 Tbsp. lemon juice
    1/2 c. sugar
    pinch of salt
    1 small can crushed pineapple
    1 c. cottage cheese
    1/2 c. pecans
    1 c. whipping cream
Preparation
    Cut marshmallows into small pieces.
    Add hot water, jello, lemon juice, sugar and salt.
    Add crushed pineapple, cottage cheese and pecans.
    Let stand until pretty firm.
    Stir in whipping cream.
    Set in refrigerator.
