"Funeral Beans" - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground chuck or lean ground beef
    1 envelope green onion dip mix
    2 (16 oz.) cans pork and beans in tomato sauce
    1 (8 oz.) can kidney beans, drained
    1 (8 oz.) can lima beans, drained
    1 (8 oz.) can white beans or black beans. drained
    1 c. catsup
    2 Tbsp. prepared mustard
    1 Tbsp. chili powder
    2 tsp. vinegar
    3/4 c. brown sugar
Preparation
    In large skillet, brown meat until red color disappears.
    Drain off excess fat.
    In slow-cooking pot (or range top in large pot on low heat), combine beef, dry dip mix, undrained pork and beans, drained remaining beans, catsup, mustard, chili powder, vinegar and brown sugar.
    Cover and cook on low for 3 to 4 hours (on stove top 1 1/2 hours).
