Egg Rolls - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. hamburger
    3 to 4 cloves garlic, chopped
    1/2 tsp. ginger
    1/2 tsp. salt
    dash of pepper
    1/2 tsp. sugar
    1 average head cabbage, chopped finely
    2 to 3 c. bean sprouts, depending on taste
    1 can bamboo shoots
    2 Tbsp. cornstarch
    2 Tbsp. soy sauce
    1 Tbsp. water
    2 pkg. egg roll wrappers
Preparation
    In a wok, fry hamburger with garlic and ginger; drain.
    Add salt, pepper and sugar; mix well.
    Add cabbage and cook with lid on for 3 minutes; add bean sprouts and bamboo shoots.
    Cook for another 3 minutes.
    Meanwhile in a cup, mix water, soy sauce and cornstarch; mix well and add to egg roll mixture.
    Cook with lid off and allow mixture to thicken.
    Set aside and let cool to room temperature.
