Tomato Salsa - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    25 tomatoes, cut up (or 5 gal. bucket full)
    10 medium onions, diced
    5 to 10 mango peppers, cut up
    1 1/2 c. white vinegar
    6 1/2 tsp. salt
    3 1/2 tsp. garlic powder
Preparation
    Heat well.
    Cut onions and peppers in small pieces and boil 10 minutes.
    Drain and add to tomatoes.
    Add vinegar, salt and garlic powder; heat well.
    Put in jars and seal.
