Squash Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 c. cooked squash (yellow)
    1 carrot, grated
    1 medium onion, diced
    1 can cream of chicken soup
    1/2 small pkg. Pepperidge Farm dressing mix
    1 stick margarine
    1 (5 oz.) can water chestnuts
    1 small container sour cream
Preparation
    Mix together squash and onion; add sour cream, soup, carrots and water chestnuts.
    Melt margarine and mix with dressing mix. Pour squash mixture into baking dish.
    Top with margarine and dressing mix.
    Bake for 30 minutes in 350\u00b0 oven.
