Baked Red Beets - cooking recipe

Ingredients

beets
butter

Preparation

Scrub fresh beets thoroughly.
Place in oven and bake until tender.
Be careful not to prick them too much with a fork as this allows the flavorful juices to escape.
When done, peel and serve hot with bits of butter on top.
