Fried Homemade Corn - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 ears of corn
    1 Tbsp. flour
    1 Tbsp. sugar
    Salt and pepper, to taste
    1/4 c. water
Preparation
    Shuck ears of corn.
    Cut middle ways of corn, taking off top kernels only.
    Then go back down the corn, getting the cream and juice.
    Add your other ingredients:
    flour, sugar, salt, pepper and water.
    Let simmer over medium to low heat.
