Lemon Filling For Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3/4 c. sugar
4 Tbsp. cornstarch
dash of salt
3/4 c. water
2 egg yolks
3 Tbsp. lemon juice
1 Tbsp. oleo
Preparation

In a double boiler, mix sugar, cornstarch, salt, water, egg yolks and lemon juice.
Stir until smooth.
Stir constantly while cooking until thick; boil one minute.
Remove from heat and add oleo. Refrigerate for 30 minutes.
Put between cake layers.
