Homemade Vanilla Ice Cream - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. sugar
    2 Tbsp. flour
    1/2 tsp. salt
    6 eggs, beaten
    2 qt. milk
    1 pt. whipping cream
    1 (8 oz.) can evaporated milk
    1 Tbsp. vanilla
Preparation
    In a double boiler, mix sugar, flour and salt.
    Add the 6 beaten eggs and milk.
    Cook until thickened.
    This will take 20 to 25 minutes.
    Remove from heat.
    Add whipping cream, evaporated milk and vanilla.
    Freeze in ice cream freezer.
