Granola - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 c. old fashioned oats
    1 c. wheat germ
    1 c. bran
    1 c. coconut
    1 c. chopped nuts
    1/2 c. honey
    1/2 c. olive oil
    2 c. chopped dried fruit (Craisins, raisins, papaya, dates, etc.)
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 325\u00b0.
    In a large mixing bowl, stir together oats, wheat germ, bran, coconut, and nuts.
    In a glass measuring cup, combine honey and oil.
    Microwave until it boils (approximately 2 minutes).
    Watch carefully.
    Pour oil and honey over oat mixture, and stir to coat all.
    Using 2 large cookie sheets or baking pans, divide oat mixture evenly, and spread as thin as possible.
    Bake at 325\u00b0 for 10 minutes.
    Stir and spread. Bake 10 minutes.
    Stir and spread.
    Bake 10 minutes.
    Remove from oven, combine both halves, and add dried fruit.
    Store airtight.
