Beef Vegetable Soup - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. ground beef
1 lb. frozen mixed vegetables
2 medium potatoes, peeled and diced
1 1/2 tsp. salt
1 small can tomatoes, chopped
1 large onion, diced
1 c. chopped celery
1 can tomato soup
1/2 tsp. black pepper
Preparation

In a large saucepan, brown beef.
Stir often to keep broken apart; drain off excess fat.
Add 1 quart of water, potatoes and salt to meat; cook until potatoes are tender but not done.
Add all remaining ingredients; simmer for about 20 minutes.
May need to add more water if it is not soupy enough.
Can add 1 cup of egg noodles if you like noodle soup.
Cook them with potatoes and meat.
