Angel Biscuits - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pkg. active dry yeast
    1 Tbsp. lukewarm water
    5 c. all-purpose flour
    1 tsp. baking soda
    3 tsp. baking powder
    1/4 c. sugar
    1 tsp. salt
    1 c. shortening
    2 c. buttermilk
Preparation
    Dissolve yeast in lukewarm water.
    Sift together flour, soda, baking powder, sugar and salt.
    Cut in shortening as for pastry. Add buttermilk and yeast mixture.
    Knead dough until smooth. Refrigerate until nearly ready to use.
