Play Dough - cooking recipe

Ingredients

2 c. flour
1 c. salt
3 Tbsp. cream of tartar
2 Tbsp. vegetable oil
2 c. boiling water

Preparation

Mix all ingredients.
Add food coloring to make different colors.
