Applesauce Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 c. (48 oz. jar) unsweetened applesauce
    2 (6 serving size) pkg. sugar-free jello (any red flavor)
    36 whole graham crackers
    8 oz. Cool Whip
Preparation
    Mix applesauce with dry jello.
    In a large square cake container, place 6 graham crackers, side by side.
    Spread small amount of applesauce on top.
    Use 6 more crackers on top of applesauce, layering until you have 6 layers.
    End with applesauce on top and sides.
    Cover completely with Cool Whip.
    Refrigerate at least 24 hours before serving.
    Keep in refrigerator.
