Hungarian Egg Rolls - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 pkg. egg roll wraps
1 lb. hamburger
1 tsp. Accent
3 small onions, chopped
medium head cabbage, chopped
1 shredded carrot (optional)
1 tsp. oil
1 egg
Preparation

In skillet, brown hamburger and Accent. Drain and set aside. In another skillet, put 1 teaspoon oil. Add cabbage and onion; stir constantly until done. Mix with hamburger. Beat egg in small bowl. Take egg wraps and put about 2 tablespoons hamburger mixture in each wrap. Fold like you would a napkin. With finger, dip in egg and run finger around edge to seal. Fry in deep-fryer.
