Pumpkin Pancakes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. flour
    2 Tbsp. brown sugar
    1 Tbsp. baking powder
    1 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. cinnamon
    1/4 tsp. nutmeg
    1/4 tsp. ginger
    1 1/2 c. milk
    1/2 c. canned pumpkin
    1 egg, slightly beaten
    2 Tbsp. oil
Preparation
    Combine dry ingredients in large bowl.
    Separately combine milk, pumpkin, egg and oil.
    Add to flour mixture, stirring just until moistened.
    Pour 1/4 cup batter on griddle for each cake. Cook until bubbly and appears dry.
    Turn and cook 2 to 3 minutes.
