Blue Bayou Monte Cristo Sandwich - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 pkg. ham, sliced
1 pkg. turkey, sliced
1 pkg. Swiss cheese, sliced
sliced bread
powdered sugar
oil
Preparation

Heat 1-inch of oil in large skillet.
Place a slice of ham, turkey and Swiss cheese onto one slice of bread.
Cover with another slice of bread.
Slice sandwich in half, diagonally.
Dip each half into batter to cover.
Carefully place sandwich into hot oil.
Cook, turning, until golden brown.
Remove from oil and drain.
Sprinkle with powdered sugar and serve.
