Yogurt Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 3/4 c. flour
    2 1/4 c. sugar
    2 1/2 tsp. baking soda
    1 1/4 tsp. baking powder
    1 1/4 tsp. ground cinnamon
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. allspice
    1/4 tsp. cloves, ground
    1 3/4 c. applesauce
    1 1/4 tsp. yogurt
    2 eggs
    1/3 c. oil
    1 1/2 c. yogurt
    3 Tbsp. brown sugar
    1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 325\u00b0.
    In a bowl combine flour, sugar, baking soda, baking powder, cinnamon, salt, allspice and cloves.
    Stir in applesauce, 1 1/4 cup yogurt, eggs, and oil.
    Blend well.
    Pour batter into a greased and floured 13 x 9 inch baking pan.
    Bake for 50 to 60 minutes.
    Cool for 15 minutes in the pan before removing. Spread on glaze.
