Grilled Ham Steaks With Apricot Glaze - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/4 c. apricot jam
    2 tsp. Dijon mustard
    2 tsp. cider vinegar
    1 lb. boneless ham, cut into 4 (1/2-inch thick) slices
Preparation
    In a small bowl, thoroughly mix jam, mustard and vinegar. Grill ham slices over coals, brushing with the sauce occasionally and turning once, until nicely browned (about 8 to 10 minutes). Or broil ham slices 5-inches from heat source for 8 to 10 minutes, turning once and brushing with sauce occasionally. Serve immediately. Serves 4.
