Red And Green Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 large red tomatoes, peeled and sliced
    1 green pepper, sliced
    1 red onion, sliced
    3/4 c. cider vinegar
    1 1/2 tsp. celery salt
    1 1/2 tsp. mustard seed
    1/4 c. cold water
    4 1/2 tsp. sugar
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/8 tsp. red pepper
    1/8 tsp. black pepper
Preparation
    Place sliced vegetables in bowl.
    Combine the remaining ingredients and bring to a boil for 1 minute.
    Pour over vegetables and refrigerate for at least 6 hours before serving.
