Jalapeno Quiche Spread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 Tbsp. butter
2 or 3 jalapeno peppers or 4 oz. can chopped green chilies (mild) or 10 oz. can tomatoes and green chilies
12 oz. sharp cheese, grated
2 eggs
2 Tbsp. milk
1/8 tsp. salt
Preparation
-
Melt butter in a 9-inch pie plate.
Add chilies.
Top with cheese.
Beat eggs, milk and salt.
Pour over top of cheese.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 35 minutes.
Serve with crackers.
