Barbecue Pork - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. meat, cut in cubes and cooked
    1/4 c. drippings
    1 medium onion, chopped
    1/2 c. chopped celery or celery seed
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    3/4 tsp. Accent
    2 garlic, crushed, or granulated garlic
    1/2 c. water
    1/4 c. vinegar
    1/3 c. Worcestershire sauce
    1 tsp. salt
    3/4 tsp. chili powder
    2 Tbsp. brown sugar
Preparation
    Heat drippings in saucepan.
    Add other ingredients and simmer 2 or 3 minutes.
    Add pork and simmer 5 to 10 minutes, longer if time permits.
    Serve on buns or use as main dish.
    The longer it simmers, the better it is.
