Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. sugar
    2 c. zucchini, banana or pumpkin, shredded
    1 c. oil
    3 c. plain flour
    1 1/4 tsp. baking powder
    1 tsp. baking soda
    1 Tbsp. cinnamon
    1 c. raisins
    1 c. nuts
    3 eggs
Preparation
    Combine all ingredients and mix.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour. Yields 2 loaves.
