Ambrosia Parfait - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. cold milk
    1 pkg. (4 serving size) jello vanilla flavor instant pudding mix
    1 c. miniature marshmallows
    1 small banana (chopped)
    1 can (8 oz) crushed pineapple, undrained
    1 can (11 oz.) mandarin orange sections, drained
    1/2 c. toasted almonds (sliced)
    1/2 c. flaked coconut
Preparation
    Beat pudding mix and milk with wire whisk 1 to 2 minutes.
    Mix in 1/2 c. marshmallows, the banana and pineapple with juice.
    Spoon some of mixture into parfait glasses.
    Add a layer of the remaining ingredients, alternate with layers of pudding.
    Chill.
    Makes 6 servings.
