Ingredients

2 c. flour
1/2 tsp. salt
3 tsp. baking powder
2 tsp. sugar
2 eggs, yolks and whites separated
1 3/4 c. milk
1/3 c. oil
Preparation

Add first 4 ingredients in a mixing bowl.
Then add egg yolks, milk and oil; beat until creamy smooth.
Beat egg whites (in a separate bowl) until stiff.
Fold into first mixture.
