Brownies - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 egg whites
    1/2 c. unbleached all-purpose flour
    1/4 c. vegetable oil
    3/4 c. packed brown sugar
    1 tsp. nonfat gelatin-free plain yogurt
    1 tsp. vanilla extract
    2 Tbsp. cocoa powder
    1/8 tsp. salt
Preparation
    In a mixing bowl, beat egg whites, oil and brown sugar until smooth.
    Add yogurt and vanilla.
    Beat again.
    Add flour, cocoa and salt.
    Beat until well-mixed.
