Baklava - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. pkg. phyllo (filo) pastry
    1 c. melted butter
    1/2 lb. walnuts, chopped fine (2 c.)
    1/2 c. sugar
    3/4 c. honey
    1 c. water
    1 tsp. lemon juice
    1/2 tsp. cinnamon
Preparation
    Thaw pastry and separate into thirds.
    Place 1/3 in greased 15 x 10 x 1-inch pan.
    Brush sheet with melted butter.
    Combine nuts, sugar and cinnamon.
    Sprinkle 1/2 over buttered pastry; repeat 1/3 dough and butter each sheet.
    Cut into 2 inch diamonds.
    Bake at 400\u00b0 until brown and crisp, 30 to 35 minutes.
