Kuchen - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 c. flour
    1 1/4 c. sugar
    1/2 tsp. salt
    2 pkg. yeast
    1 1/2 c. margarine
    1 c. hot tap water
    4 eggs
    1 Tbsp. grated lemon peel
    1/4 tsp. nutmeg
Preparation
    Mix 1 cup of the flour with sugar, salt, yeast, margarine and water; beat 2 minutes.
    Add 4 eggs and 1 cup of flour and beat 2 more minutes.
    Cover and let rise 1 hour.
    Stir in lemon peel, nutmeg and 1 to 2 cups of flour.
    Beat until smooth.
    Pour into well-greased Bundt pan.
    Cover and let rise in warm place.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 40 minutes.
    Remove from pan and cool on wire rack. Sprinkle with powdered sugar.
