Dilly Casserole Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pkg. yeast
    1/4 c. warm water
    1 c. creamed cottage cheese
    1 Tbsp. instant minced onion
    2 tsp. dill weed
    1/4 tsp. soda
    2 Tbsp. sugar
    1 Tbsp. butter
    1 tsp. salt
    1 egg (unbeaten)
    2 1/2 c. flour
Preparation
    Soften yeast
    in
    water and set aside.
    Combine cottage cheese, onion, dill
    weed,
    soda,
    sugar, butter and salt. Mix egg with yeast
    and
    combine all using electric mixer; beat in flour. Knead and
    let rise until doubled in size.
    Stir dough down and knead
    again.
    Turn
    into well-greased 8-inch round 2 quart casserole, let rise
    again.
    Bake
    at
    350\u00b0 for 40 to 45 minutes until brown.
    Brush with additional soft butter.
