Chili Tortilla Roll-Ups - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
    8 oz. sour cream
    1 Tbsp. onion, chopped or grated
    4 oz. chopped green chili pepper
    2 oz. jar chopped pimientos
    6 to 8 tortillas
Preparation
    Soften cheese at room temperature.
    Blend in sour cream.
    Add onion, chili and pimientos and stir into mixture.
    Spread on tortillas.
    Roll tortilla, closing ends as you roll.
    Chill.
    To serve, cut into 3/4-inch slices or size desired.
