Pecan Sandies - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 sticks oleo
    3/4 c. white sugar
    1 tsp. baking soda
    1 tsp. vinegar
    1 3/4 c. flour
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1/2 c. chopped pecans (optional)
Preparation
    Most important part to mixing these cookies is to beat oleo and sugar at high speed for 10 minutes.
    Very important.
    Dissolve soda in vinegar.
    Mix with flour and vanilla, then nuts, if desired.
    Drop by spoon and bake at 275\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
