Breakfast Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 c. water
    1 c. quick grits
    2 tsp. salt
    4 eggs, beaten
    1 lb. sausage, browned and drained
    8 oz. sharp cheese, grated
    1 c. milk
    1 stick margarine
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 350\u00b0. Grease 3-quart long baking dish. Boil water and salt; gradually add grits. Cook 4 to 5 minutes.
    Remove from heat. Gradually add grits to beaten eggs. Return to saucepan. Add sausage, cheese, milk and margarine. Blend well and pour into baking dish. Bake 1 hour.
