Bill'S Gehenna Hot Sauce - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    20 large tomatoes
    4 large onions
    4 green peppers
    3 Tbsp. sugar
    2 Tbsp. salt
    8 jalapeno peppers (whole with seeds)
Preparation
    Scald and peel tomatoes.
    (Put whole tomatoes in boiling water for 2 minutes; plunge into cold water and remove skins.)
    Then chop in blender.
    Grind onions, green pepper and jalapeno peppers with coarse blade of food chopper.
    Cook all ingredients 30 minutes.
    Pour into hot jars and seal.
    Makes about 8 pints.
