Ham Potato Patties - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. mashed potatoes
    2 Tbsp. finely chopped onion
    2 c. cooked ham
    1 Tbsp. milk
    1 egg, well beaten
    1 c. fine dry bread crumbs
    cooking oil
Preparation
    Combine the potatoes, onion and ham.
    Chill for one hour. Shape this cooled mixture into 16 to 18 patties.
    Combine the milk and egg.
    Dip the patties into this mixture and then in the bread crumbs.
    Fry the patties in hot oil until golden brown.
