Zesty Potato Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

5 lb. bag potatoes (for large group)
3 Tbsp. (large) mayonnaise (approximately)
1 Tbsp. mustard
pickle relish
diced onions or scallions
salt and pepper
celery salt (optional)
1/4 to 1/2 c. Italian dressing
Preparation

Boil the potatoes.
Let cool, peel and dice in small chunks. Add the remaining ingredients to taste.
