Tomato And Cheese Sauce - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 Tbsp. butter
    2 Tbsp. flour
    2 c. milk
    3 oz. tomato paste
    1 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. oregano
    1/3 c. Parmesan cheese
    1/2 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
Preparation
    Melt butter in saucepan; stir in flour.
    Cook over low heat for
    one minute.
    Stir in 1 cup milk; cook until thick.
    Stir in second cup of milk, tomato paste, oregano and salt.
    Cook over low heat for 5 minutes.
    Stir in cheeses.
