Potato Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (20 oz.) pkg. frozen small French fries
    1 lb. American processed cheese, grated
    3/4 c. chopped celery
    3/4 c. chopped green bell peppers
    1/2 c. chopped carrots
    1/2 c. pimientos
    1 stick margarine
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    1/4 c. flour
    2 c. milk
Preparation
    Saute pepper and celery in margarine.
    Add flour, soup and milk.
    Mix well.
    Add carrots and pimientos.
    Spread potatoes in long baking dish and pour mixture over them.
    Add 3/4 of the cheese.
    Cook 25 minutes at 400\u00b0, then add remainder of cheese on top.
    Bake 5 more minutes or until cheese melts.
