Chicken Cacciatore - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 fryer
    2 c. onion
    1 bell pepper
    2 to 4 cloves garlic
    1 lb. or 1 qt. tomatoes
    2 (8 oz.) cans tomato sauce
    1 can sliced mushrooms, drained
    1 tsp. oregano
Preparation
    Salt and flour chicken.
    Brown lightly quickly.
    Do not cook done.
    Drain grease.
    Add all other ingredients.
    Cover tightly. Simmer for 30 to 40 minutes or until chicken is fork-tender. Serve over spaghetti.
