Caramel Corn - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. brown sugar
    1 c. margarine
    1/2 c. light or dark corn syrup
    1/2 tsp. cream of tartar
    1 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. soda
    10 qt. unsalted popped popcorn
    1 large jar dry roasted peanuts
Preparation
    Mix first ingredients in saucepan and bring to a boil.
    Boil 3 minutes stirring often.
    Remove from heat and add soda.
    Mix well. Pour over popped popcorn and peanuts; mix with a wooden spoon. Place in a flat pan and bake 1 1/2 hours at 200\u00b0.
    Stir every 15 minutes.
    Take from oven and store in airtight container after cool.
