Angela Pasta With Olive Oil And Garlic - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. angel hair pasta or vermicelli pasta
    1 c. olive oil
    12 cloves garlic, peeled and cut into slivers
    salt and pepper to taste
    1/2 c. fresh basil or fresh parsley leaves, chopped
    4 medium tomatoes, chopped
Preparation
    Cooking pasta according to directions on package and drain well. In skillet, heat oil on high heat. Add garlic, salt, and pepper. Stir and cook 4 minutes. Turn off heat. Add hot cooked and well drained pasta to sauce in skillet and toss well. Add tomatoes and basil (or parsley) and toss gently.
