Fresh Apple Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. sugar
2 eggs
1 c. oil
3 c. plain flour
1 tsp. vanilla
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. soda
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 c. chopped pecans
3 c. apples, diced
1 small jar cherries
Preparation

Place in large bowl the sugar, eggs, oil and vanilla. Add flour, salt, soda and cinnamon. Stir until batter is formed. Add pecans, apples and cherries. Stir. Pour into greased and floured angel food cake pan (Bundt). Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
